I believe that letters have become a lost art; especially love letters.

There's something so personal about receiving something that's been made slowly, held in someone's hands, and sent with intention. I think a lot of that feeling has been lost, and I've always wanted to bring it back in my own way. 

So this is mine. 

Lily's Love Letters is a monthly collection of small, personal pieces I create; inspired by moments I've been noticing, feelings I can't quite explain, and quiet thoughts. A small envelope that feels like a moment in your day, something to pause for, to open slowly, and to keep. 

Each one is made slowly and intentionally, and sent out from my studio. 

Each month you'll receive:

  • A signed 5x7 fine art print
  • A 3x3 sticker
  • A personal letter about the inspiration behind the work
  • Carefully wrapped and sealed with a kiss 💋 

How it works

  • Subscribe any time before the end of the month to receive next month's edition.
  • Orders close on the last day of each month at 23:59 (UK time GMT) and everything is sent out in the first week of the following month. Example: Subscribe in April -> your first letter arrives in May

When is mail sent out?

All Love Letters subscriptions are shipped during the first week of each month, unless otherwise stated.

When will I receive my first order?

Your first Love Letter depends on when you subscribe:

  • Subscribe before the end of the month -> your first delivery arrives next month
  • Example: Subscribe in April -> you receive your first letter in May

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes 💌

Lily's Love Letters ships worldwide.

How long does delivery take?

  • UK: usually a few days after dispatch
  • International: typically 7-20 days depending on location

Please allow extra time during busy postal periods.

Is there tracking?

No - letters are sent using standard postage without tracking to keep them simple, personal, and affordable.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

How do I change my address?

Address changes must be submitted before the end of the month to apply to the next shipment.

Please include your name, email, and new address.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

Please wait until at least the 25th of the month before reporting a missing delivery, as international mail can sometimes take longer.

After that, you can contact support and I'll help you resolve it.
