Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order prints, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please carefully review the artwork description, size, and details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lilyjasmineart@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
Once the issue has been reviewed, a replacement of the same item will be arranged where possible.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.
Made-to-Order Items
Many prints are produced on demand through a professional printing partner, meaning they are created specifically for each order. For this reason, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed, except in the case of damage or production error.
